Online Training Course Refund Policy
Date of entry into force: 1 January 2025
We are committed to delivering quality training and customer satisfaction. This refund policy sets out your rights to claim a refund for our online training courses under EU consumer protection laws.
You can pay for the training using Swedbank, Seb, Luminor, Citadele and Šiaulių bankas e-banking services. Payments can be made in Euro currency. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.”
1. Right of revocation
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase of an online training course within 14 calendar days of purchase without giving any reason. This is in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU).
The 14-day cancellation period starts the day after you purchase the course
To exercise your right to cancel your training, you must notify us in writing at Info@mhelper.eu in the free form of your choice.
2. Exceptions to the right to opt out of online training courses
Your right to a refund may be affected by the following circumstances:
Completed courses: no refund will be given if the course is fully completed or all course materials have been downloaded.
By registering for and taking the online course, you confirm that you waive your right to a refund.
3. Right of return
Refunds will be made under the following conditions:
The request is made within the 14-day withdrawal period and you have not joined or started the course.
The course was not delivered as advertised and no solution could be found.
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
You were unable to access the course due to technical problems (e.g. incompatible devices or poor internet connection).
At the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, you no longer wish to attend the course.
4. Refund process
Once we have approved your request for a refund, we will refund your money within 14 days of receiving your request.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Your name and surname
Title of the digital course
Date of purchase
Reason for return (optional, unless the 14-day withdrawal period has not expired)
6. Dispute resolution
If you think your rights have been violated, you have the option of contacting your local consumer protection authority or a mediator via the EU’s online dispute resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
